About the Flash Hider (AR)
The flash hider removes the bright flash at the end of the barrel, which makes you harder to spot when shooting from cover or at night-like shadows. It also reduces recoil slightly.
It is a fallback when you have not found a compensator or suppressor.
Where to find it
Floor loot. Attachments lie next to guns and ammo in buildings, with the best odds in military areas and large compounds. The rarer ones also turn up in airdrop crates.
