BGMI Air Crew Up Event: Recruit Friends for Hellfire AKM and Wraith Lord Set

Krafton has opened the BGMI Air Crew Up: Recruitment event, running from October 26 to December 27, 2026. It goes live today at 6:30 PM IST and ends on December 27 at 6:30 PM. The event runs on the official BGMI Discord, and recruiting verified members is how Crew Leaders climb the reward tiers ahead of the BGMI Air launch.

How to take part

• Create or join a Crew in the #bgmi-air-event-submit channel on the official BGMI Discord. One Crew per player, and there is no cap on members.
• Register your in-game UID through the event panel so your participation is verified.
• Crew Leaders keep recruiting verified members to unlock higher reward tiers.

Rewards

Every Crew participant gets Classic Crate Coupon ×5. Crew Leaders get more as their verified recruits grow:

• 10 recruits: Premium Crate Coupon ×10
• 20 recruits: Hellfire - AKM (60 Days)
• 30 recruits: Wraith Lord Outfit & Headgear (60 Days)
• 31+ recruits: Premium Crate Coupon ×1 per member

The Crew Up is live now, and the ladder tops out at the Wraith Lord set unless Leaders keep recruiting past 30.

What BGMI Air is

BGMI Air is the new name for BGMI Lite, announced on October 15, 2026, when it crossed 10 million pre-registrations. Pre-registration opened on August 25 on Google Play for Android. It's a separate game, so no account transfer is needed. An Open Beta comes first, and launch is expected later in 2026 with no date announced. The initial download is around 1GB.

Classic and Premium Crate Coupons open BGMI's Classic and Premium Crates, which otherwise cost UC.

Krafton says this is just the beginning, with two more events on the way carrying more rewards as the BGMI Air launch gets closer.
