BGMI Showdown Lower Bracket Survival: Mysterious4 One Point Off

The BGMI Showdown Lower Bracket Survival standings have tightened up badly, and Mysterious4 Esports are sitting a single point away from a semi-final spot. After 12 of 18 matches, iQOO Reckoning Esports hold the fourth and last qualifying place on 88 points, while Mysterious4 are fifth on 87. Six matches remain, all on Tuesday, 6 October.

K9 Esports Run Away At The Top

K9 Esports are not part of the scrap. They led after Sunday on 60 points, added 74 more on Monday, and now sit on 134 with 93 finishes - the most in the lobby. Their second chicken dinner of the stage came on Miramar, and that one match alone gave them 28 points.

The teams chasing them came from nowhere. Vasista Esports were outside the top eight after day one, but they won the opening match of Monday's session on Rondo and are now second on 102. MadKings were eighth on 38 after day one, put up 62 points on Monday with a win on Erangel, and are third on 100.

Vijay Esports Slip To Ninth

Vijay Esports started Monday in that fourth qualifying spot but have slid to ninth on 71 after a 23-point day, now 17 points short of the cut. They missed a direct semi-final berth in the Upper Bracket Survival by just one point, and the Lower Bracket has not been kind either. Lastade Esports, second after day one, have dropped to seventh on 79 and are still hunting their first chicken dinner of the stage.

Mysterious4 had a quiet Sunday with no win, then took a match on Erangel on Monday and climbed from 47 to 87. Reckoning added 36 for the day and have 55 finishes plus 33 placement points. HyperCatz sit sixth on 84 with two wins, four behind Reckoning, while GoSolo Higg Boson Esports, who won the last match of the day on Miramar, are eighth on 75.

What Tuesday Decides

The five teams from fifth to ninth are all within 17 points of Reckoning, so the BGMI Showdown semi-final qualification race is wide open going into the final six matches. With points swinging this hard - K9's single Miramar win was worth 28 - one big match can flip the table.
