BGMi 4.6 Update Patch Fixes Ocean Odyssey Bugs

Krafton has pushed a small but important hotfix for the current season, and the BGMi 4.6 update patch (version 4.6.1.21594) is now rolling out to players. The patch went live on October 13 at 14:50 IST and is a light download, weighing in at 6.29MB on Android and 7.56MB on iOS.

Ocean Odyssey Theme Fixes

The headline change is the restored Manta Ray vehicle attack function on the Ocean Odyssey theme, which had been broken for players trying to use it in matches. There is also a fix for a nasty control bug on this map.

• Fixed controls staying on screen and the camera locking after teleporting right after using the Water Balloon Launcher on the whale

Prize Path Event Cleared Up

A big chunk of this patch targets the Prize Path event, which had several broken screens.

• Main screen no longer switches tabs on its own after returning from a long time in the background
• Season cards can now be disassembled properly
• Stage rewards can now be claimed from the mission screen
• Reward preview now works on the main screen and the level purchase screen displays correctly
• Level-up progress notification now shows its dedicated badge
• No more incorrect "Event not active" notification when returning to the main screen from the mission shortcut

Other Fixes In This Patch

The rest of the changelog covers season cosmetics and a few odds and ends.

• S31 season Lv. 3 Backpack and Lv. 3 Helmet now show the season badge
• Brainrot name and description mismatch fixed in the "Steal a Brainrot" mode encyclopedia
• Incorrect text for the opening animation reward in the Honor Road popup fixed
• Voice packs without special voice lines can no longer be equipped through odd actions
• Intermittent screen stuttering when using ADS with the Druvaen X-Suit at Level 7 fixed
