BGMI 4.6 Update: Midnight Hunters, Kiaraa And One Punch Man

BGMI 4.6 Update Is Live

KRAFTON India has started rolling out the BGMI 4.6 update, and it is being called one of the most varied seasons the game has seen in a while. The patch brings the new Midnight Hunters theme mode, the return of Ocean Odyssey and a bigger push for India-first content with the character Kiaraa.

The content is spread across September, October and November, so you will have something fresh to chase through the whole 4.6 cycle.

Midnight Hunters Takes Over Erangel

Midnight Hunters is the headline mode this season, running on Erangel from September 16 to November 16. It gives the map a supernatural makeover with several locations becoming hotspots.

• Rozhok, Mylta, Quarry and Gatka are now Vampire Takeover points
• Stalber and Sosnovka Military Base host the Nightkeeper's Hunter Guild, an indoor combat arena
• Guild Missions give squads special objectives and better rewards
• New features include the Hunter Shooting Range, Clock Tower and Scream Crates
• You will run into Bloodwalkers, Nightbats, the Vampire Elder and the Nightkeeper

The standout mechanic is Bloodline Awakening. Eliminated players can come back as Vampires, and up to 20 can be active at the same time. Vampires get their own kit, which flips the fight against the remaining Hunters on its head. KRAFTON India's Srinjoy Das called it a genuine departure, since the update changes what happens to you after you are eliminated.

Themed items also come into play, including the Silvermoon Chain, Twilight Bat Wings for flight and detection, Scarlet Tonic for healing, and the Blood Pact link for squad synchronisation.

Ocean Odyssey Returns To Erangel

Ocean Odyssey is back this season, returning on September 30. The underwater kingdom brings back the Ocean Palace, the Trident weapon, Kraken encounters and the underwater exploration that players loved in its earlier run. KRAFTON India says the mode is back because the community never stopped requesting it.

Since it runs alongside Midnight Hunters, you have two completely different themed experiences to jump between this season. Old players get another run at it, while newer ones finally get to see one of BGMI's biggest swings away from standard battle royale.

Kiaraa Brings India-First Diwali Content

BGMI 4.6 also introduces Kiaraa, an original in-game character IP created by KRAFTON India's in-house art team in India. She joins the game on October 8, and this time she gets a full world built around her rather than just a costume.

Her content is built around a Diwali-themed Indian Bazaar on Erangel. Activate four peacock-shaped lamps at the location to awaken Kiaraa and step into a co-op Boss Battle zone.

Diwali Prize Path And Festive Rewards

Running from October 22 to November 15, the update adds a dedicated 20-level progression path. Unlockables include the Revel 01 Set, the Diwali Gold Set, and licensed virtual variants of the Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 and Bullet 350.

Collaborations, Creator Content And WOW Mode

The patch also brings a fresh slate of global and Indian collaborations, creator content and WOW updates. The One Punch Man collaboration kicks off September 21 with a Spin and a Mini Royale Pass, while the Lincoln Motor Cruise event runs from September 16 onwards. A Techno Gamerz collaboration is also part of the plan. Expect creator content to roll out alongside these drops through the season.

WOW Mode is picking up new Halloween content in BGMI 4.6, keeping the more casual mode fresh alongside the main battle royale additions.

One Punch Man Prize Path Last Day

The One Punch Man Prize Path is on its last day, so anyone with missions left to clear or lucky coins still sitting in the bag has today to use them. The event is set to go away tomorrow morning, and any unspent lucky coins and unfinished missions go with it.

Why You Should Not Wait Till Tomorrow

If you have been putting off the Prize Path, today is the day to clear it. Leftover missions and coins are the things players end up regretting, because once the timer runs out there is no way to claim what you did not finish.

• Finish any missions that are still open on the Prize Path.
• Spend your lucky coins before they expire.
• Claim the rewards from the points you have already collected.

What The Prize Path Is

The One Punch Man Prize Path works as a limited-time event where you earn points by completing missions. These points unlock rewards along a track. Lucky coins are the event currency you use to exchange for items or spins. The exact missions and rewards are listed in the in-game event page.

Getting all of it done on the final day works only if the missions can be finished in the time left, so open the Prize Path first and see what is incomplete rather than starting with the coins.
